Acceptance of Terms

Text Turbo is a product of ToolsForPowerUsers, operated by Vitalii Ustiantsev, a sole proprietor based in Cambodia.

By installing or using Text Turbo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the extension.

Service Description

Text Turbo is a Chrome extension that provides text productivity tools including:

• Clipboard management and saved clips
• Text templates with variable substitution
• AI-powered text transformations (improve, grammar, translate, etc.)
• Voice input for hands-free text entry
• Keyboard shortcuts for quick access

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Text Turbo for personal or business productivity purposes.

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the extension
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Use for competing commercial purposes

Subscriptions and Payments

Available Plans

• Free Plan: Limited features, 10 temporary clips, basic functionality
• 14-Day Trial: Full access to all features for 14 days
• Pro Plan: Full access with unlimited clips, templates, AI requests, and premium features

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our payment processor. Recurring payments are automatically renewed unless canceled before the billing date.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact support@text-turbo.com within 14 days of your purchase, and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Please note that payment processor fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are not available after the 14-day period. If you have a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but previous payments will not be refunded beyond the 14-day window.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Text Turbo for:

• Any illegal activities or to violate laws
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Attempting to abuse AI features or circumvent usage limits
• Bypassing license verification or device limits

Intellectual Property

Text Turbo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ToolsForPowerUsers (operating as Text Turbo) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data and content you create remain yours.

Disclaimers

Text Turbo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI features may produce inaccurate results and should be reviewed before use.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Text Turbo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Text Turbo at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your use by uninstalling the extension. Upon termination, your license rights cease, but your locally stored data remains on your device.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the extension or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
